A hidden away cocktail bar in a literal parking Garage, they also serve this year's Official Drink of Austin.
Half Step
Rainey street is a staple in Austin. If you head there for a night out, you must hit up the craft cocktail bar, Half Step. Our favorite, "el guapo" - muddled tequila and simple syrup, lime wedges, cucumber, hot sauce and a dash of cayenne.
Whisler's
If you want a more relaxed night out, head to the east side. Our favorite spot, Whisler's has a great outdoor space, food truck, and killer cocktails.
Cheer Up Charlies
If you're in the Financial District and in the mood for something left of center you have to go to Cheer Ups. Absolute MUST HAVES are the Cheeky Rose if you enjoy vodka, and the Golden Ticket for you whiskey drinkers.
